Jennifer is a 500 hour yoga teacher and is currently enrolled in Kripalu’s school of yoga therapy to become a 1000 hour certified yoga therapist.

Jennifer is passionate about empowering people to heal themselves from the inside-out. She believes that healing begins within, and we all have that power inside of us.

Her teachings are solely drawn from the five kosha (five layers) model of the yoga tradition — a model that encompasses all five layers of the human experience (body, breath, mental/emotional, wisdom and spiritual). Jennifer believes in collaborating with her students and meeting them where they are. Based on this collaborative conversation with student(s), yogic techniques will be offered to support finding balance at all levels of the koshas, and find ease and restoration from within.

Amanda is an inclusive teacher who cares about yoga for all mobility kinds and believes anyone can create a sustainable-for-life movement practice by cultivating clear self-seeing followed by recognizing in action our needs which are shifting, dynamic, and interesting.

Having practiced for fifteen years, and taught for nearly ten, Amanda was trained in yoga therapy and yoga teaching at Ananda Seva Mission in Santa Rosa California and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge Massachusetts. Both institutions lead with an emphasis on holistic lifestyle and practical, meaning-rich, and compassionate yoga. These principles guide her yoga, meditation, and therapeutic movement classes which span environments from yoga studios, to counseling practices, corporate settings, museums, addiction rehabilitation centers, and behavioral health hospitals. Amanda is currently the Community Coordinator at Athleta Turtle Creek, where she gets to fulfill her passion for networking this broad scope within our fitness and wellness industry.

Priya is dedicated to bringing the body into recovery through intentional navigational tools. She is a 500 hr registered yoga teacher, TCTSY-F (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator), and certified meditation instructor.

Utilizing the training she received along with her personal journey to self-help and healing Priya created The Intention Table with programs that cultivate awareness. Using the tools of mindful eating, trauma-sensitive yoga, and meditation these programs give people opportunities to explore patterns of behavior and mindset all while developing an open, receptive and present relationship with their mind, body, and soul. Priya dedicates her teaching to the concept that empowerment and choice making are instrumental in recovery. Her programs are now found in organizations that support trauma recovery as well as in different yoga studios across the Dallas Metroplex.

Before diving into teaching in the wellness world, Priya taught special education and Co-Founded a school turned non-profit for children with special needs where she taught, developed programs, and lead a team of teachers. There she also took over the role of Development and brought awareness to the needs of the organization through community outreach and fundraising.
