Welcome!!! I am so excited to be blogging, again. This isn't my 1st time around the blog world, in fact I tried my hand at blogging a few years ago. It was a wonderful fun food blog but as life got busy I let it go. Now here I am blogging again. An important lesson I learned from that blog was that when life gets busy I have a tendency to cut those things that make me happy. I made room for work and other things that felt like a chore. The idea for this practice and blog came from that lesson because what I also know is, I'm not the only one. I am the founder of Mind and Body Dallas a holistic practice that focuses on the mind and body connection so that you can be a happier and healthier you through life coaching, meditation, yoga, and counseling.
I want to use this blog as a way to begin connecting with those like minded souls and those who are taking their first steps toward a healthier and happier them. At the core of what most of us want is to be happy, healthy, feel fulfilled, and find peace even when there is struggle.
